Child Age Progression from Australia

"My wife lost her brother about 12 years ago, at the age of 12. Her parents always say they wish they had a photo of him when he would be in his 20's. This Christmas we thought,  we'd investigate to see if there is an artist out there who would be able to do an age progression from a photo of him"
